"All paths lead nowhere, so it is important to choose a path that has heart." - Carlos Castaneda
Greetings family, friends, outdoor people and anyone
else who stumbles across this site. We designed, created and published this web-site for the sole purpose of sharing our trip pictures and family news and events with our friends and family near and away.
The "Ramble" theme for this site comes from the common belief that the stress one receives from working full time and raising a family in todays society must be balanced with activities or interests that rejuvenate the "Mojo."
There is no right or wrong when it comes to what these activities should be because, for the most part, they will be different for each individual. In our family camping, caving, scuba diving, climbing, fishing and in Wyatt's case, X-BOX, are the activities that rejuvenate us. We hope you enjoy your visit.
The Newsletter contains a brief recap of the previous month along with current family news and outings we have planned for the weeks to come.
Lauren's and Wyatt's pages are designed and updated by them (with our help) and are intended as a place where they can post whatever interests them at the time.
The Photo Gallery contains some of our favorite current pictures along with some that go back many years.
The Photo Albums page has links to albums with captions of our recent outings or other events. We add to and delete these pages over time, but there should always be one or two albums that are relatively new.
Sam's Climb Journal is a waypoint for trip reports and photo album links, as well as a journal for climbing, mountaineering and peak bagging.
Check out the Fish Journal for notes and info on recent Salmon, Trout and Steelhead outings.
The Guestbook page is ... well, a guestbook page. Please feel free to sign it and leave your comments if you wish.
Please read the Disclaimer. It was put there for your safety.
